1. Buyer needs to submit a private USDT Wallet of at least $50m, a Net Zero 0/0 BTC REC WALLET, and CIS.

 

2. Seller performs Due Diligence

3. Seller sends their BTC Transactional wallet to the Buyer for review. 

4. Seller sends Satoshi, Hash, with before & after screenshots

5. Buyer receives, verifies and accepts Sellers Satoshi. 

6. Buyer sends USDT for the handshake or first tranche with before and after screenshots and hash.

7. Seller sends Corporate Invoice (CI), with the mutually agreed upon tranche schedule via DocuSign. 

8. Buyer signs the CI via Docusign. 

9. Buyer sends their payment to the Sellers USDT TRC20 per tranche schedule. 

10. Seller verifies and confirms Buyer’s payment. 

11. Seller sends BTC to Buyer's rec wallet per the tranche schedule. 

12. Buyer confirms receiving the BTC from the Seller, verifies and accepts the BTC. 

13. Buyer and Seller repeat steps 9-12 until transaction is complete.
